The Original Wine & Hip Hop and Clink Different are partnering for the Pass The Aux event series scheduled to stop in Atlanta, Miami, and Los Angeles. During the pandemic, Wine & Hip Hop maintained its presence with its fans through Zoom for live podcasts and their wine club. However, the plan was always to take their game-changing brand on the road.
“My goal has always been to show that there is more than meets the eye to all of us, and under the surface, no matter how different we might seem, we are all connected through our passions, ideas, and interests,” Wine & Hip Hop founder Jermaine Stone tells EDITION. “Between this dynamic group of talent accompanying me on this tour, and our partners in Europe, I truly feel that this is an example of the type of unity that’s possible in our world.”

Furthermore, Clink Different is a joint campaign between the Bordeaux Wine Council and German Wine Institute, supported by the European Union. The program's goal is to promote the lesser-known wines in their regions. “I was honored to partner with Clink Different, a collaboration between wines of Germany and Bordeaux, funded by the EU to highlight how special these places really are,” adds Stone.
Initially launching as an ice breaker with guests before recording the podcast, the Pass The Aux series allows audiences to taste various wines from Bordeaux and Germany paired with hip-hop hits that represent the luxurious nuances of wine. Regarding the introduction to Pass The Aux, Stone says, “It was some of the best times I had doing the show, and I forged many strong relationships that I have in the wine industry today.”
The Wine & Hip Hop tour will bring prestigious wine professionals together and let audiences engage and refreshingly explore the world of vino – spotlighting new wines complemented by some of your favorite hip-hop tracks. It’s a vibe we’re entirely here to experience!
