Their take on their smooth whiskey is the Wyoming Mule, taking you out west at the fi rst sip. Bitters balance perfectly to add depth and complexity, making this bev an experience. Recipe:
2 oz Wyoming Whiskey
Small Batch Bourbon
0.25 oz Lemon Juice
Juice
1 Dash Angostura Bitters
Ginger Beer

The inspo? She wanted to evoke a sunset-by-the-sea state of mind, and the color is just to die for with its fun and floral-like spritz aesthetic. The cocktail is flirty, romantic and absolutely perfect for your Instagram story. As it stands in between an Aperol spritz and a French 75, it is the perfect combination of citrus, tropical and bubbly.
Recipe:
1 oz butterfly pea flower
infused gin*
0.75 oz giffard passion
fruit liqueur
0.75 oz lemon juice
1 oz soda water
1 oz sparkling wine
*Gin-infused Vodka:
Let 1/4 cup of dried flowers sit in 1 liter of gin for 24 hours before straining.
