Restorative wellness and recovery studio, Do Not Disturb, opens at Ponce City Market.
Atlanta’s wellness scene just got a refreshing new addition with the opening of Do Not Disturb. Founded by professional athletes and brothers Brandon and Bradley Chubb, this unique space offers a serene escape from the daily grind, helping guests recharge physically and mentally. “As a professional athlete, you’re supported by a world of high-end therapies, which accelerate and enhance recovery,” says Brandon. “My experience as an athlete and now as a busy working professional has inspired me to create this business that makes this level of recovery accessible and feasible for everyone. We’re so excited to welcome the Atlanta community into our studio.”

Do Not Disturb features private rooms equipped with saunas, cold plunges and a relaxation room with plush seating. The 2,370-square-foot studio provides an environment where guests can reap the benefits of contrast therapy—a combination of hot and cold treatments known to promote muscle recovery, mood enhancement, metabolism, anti-aging, enhanced cardiovascular health, stress relief, reduced inflammation and more. “Do Not Disturb was built with the experience of a restorative and wellness respite in mind. That allowed us to create a space where you feel like you are in a tranquil oasis that allows for mental and physical restoration and recovery. We designed our rooms to encompass a sauna, cold plunge and a shower while allowing each guest their privacy,” Brandon says.

The duo aims to provide guests with a welcoming environment to cultivate a regular wellness practice that helps guests achieve their highest potential.
