Drink up!
1. Atmasphere
Atma translates to “soul” in Hindu, which is the foundation of Buckhead’s new wellness hot spot Atmasphere, a 10,000-square-foot studio dedicated to all things yoga and fitness from a top investor behind Orangetheory Fitness. The swank space (complete with valet attendants) includes two heated yoga rooms, one private practice room, a meditation hall, a fitness room and a cold-press detox and snack bar. Expect unconventional class offerings like yoga mixed with spinning or TRX, plus sense-itive touches like music and color therapy. Namaste. Monthly memberships $5-$15 per class
2. CHI Air Expert
Get those strands shining with Target’s exclusive new take on the CHI Air Expert, a 1-inch flat iron with a free mini curling iron (perfect for twirly little touchups) in tow. Available in three playful motifs—gold jubilee (a jaunty polka dot), midnight glitz (a black-and-gold candy stripe) and sweet mint (a spiral of bright white and metallic green)—the duos ring up at just $100 each. Now that’s tress chic! Target
3. Bamboo Juices
Just in time for those New Year’s resolutions, Bamboo is making its way onto Atlanta’s juicing scene. The brand collabs with Serenbe chefs to make one-of-a-kind flavor combos like refreshing Basil Watermelon and cleansing Dandelion. Replace a single meal for $8 a bottle or try a full three-day cleanse for $145. Serenbe, Decatur/Peachtree City farmers markets
4. HALOCOUTURE
Add length and volume to your locks with HALOCOUTURE hair extensions, now available at Balance Salon & Boutique in Dunwoody. Using 100- percent Remy human hair (which refers to strands that retain their cuticle layer), the extensions use a clear wire to fit around the head (like a halo) and are hidden underneath your natural hair by combing it over the top of the hair piece. Voila! Instant glamazon. From $350 with complimentary extension cut, extension Keratin treatment for $35
5. Hawkins & Clover
If you’re ready to mix up your mane routine, mosey on over to new eco-friendly Grant Park salon Hawkins & Clover. The by-appointment-only spot features an a la carte service menu, nontoxic products and a plethora of luxe haircare merchandise. And don’t skip the spa-shampoo experience, complete with a lavender eye pillow, organic essential oils and a scalp massage. Lookin’ good!
