This season, eating outside is in. From breakfast tacos to Spanish tapas, here’s where to enjoy your favorite dishes alfresco.
Tropicale’s themed patio
Tropicale’
If you’ve been on Instagram lately, you probably already know about Tropicale’s postworthy patio. Trendy beach umbrellas, decorative palm trees and designated cigar-friendly areas channel old-school Havana and create a tropical oasis in the heart of West Midtown. On the menu, wood-grilled skewer plates and quality-sourced seafood dishes are aplenty. And, you won’t want to miss out on the signature cocktails served out of coconuts and fresh watermelons. @tropicale_atl

The Iberian Pig Buckhead
The Iberian Pig’s partially enclosed patio is so chic you’ll forget you’re dining outdoors. Complete with an indoor-outdoor bar with views of all the inside action, it’s the perfect place to nosh on the restaurant’s full menu of tapas while sipping a seasonal cocktail. Insider tip: Take advantage of the Jamón Happy Hour each Monday through Thursday from 5 to 7pm for a buzzy, post-WFH cocktail scene. @iberianpig

The Southern Gentleman
Overlooking Buckhead Village District, The Southern Gentleman’s patio offers the best seats in the house. The gastropub is famous for serving elevated Southern cuisine and cocktails—for good reason. While the main menu is certainly superb, we’re partial to TSG’s weekend brunch offerings. Seasonal Brunch Punch, anyone? @thesoutherngentlemanatl

Forza Storico
Forza Storico is a little slice of Rome right in the heart of Westside Provisions District. If you haven’t checked out its outdoor dining scene yet, now is the perfect time. Get your pasta fix under the restaurant’s covered patio while sampling one (or two or three) of the more than 20 Italian beers Forza Storico’s drink menu has to offer. @forzastorico
Little Alley Roswell
While you’re waiting for Little Alley’s Buckhead location to reopen its doors, take a trip OTP and enjoy the restaurant’s Roswell digs. The outdoor dining space sits right on Canton Street, with prime views of downtown Roswell’s historic district. And, the menu boasts all of the popular dishes the Buckhead location is famous for. @littlealleysteakatl
Muchacho
Open Wednesday through Sunday from 9am to 5pm, Muchacho’s BeltLine-adjacent patio is the ultimate all-day hangout. With an expansive drink menu—options include everything from a blue matcha latte to a dragon fruit margarita slushy—and an equally appetizing menu of tacos, toasts, salsa and queso, this Reynoldstown resto is a must-visit. @muchachoatl
