Inspired by travels through Italy and the country’s cuisine, Tre Vele (@treveleatl) is bringing back the tradition of tableside service to spice up your dining experience and connect with the masters behind your delicious pasta. Using a 24-month-aged parmesan reggiano wheel, the team at Tre Vele heats it up with grappa to hollow out the center and make room for their daily and freshly made spaghetti, tossing it around until the coating is chef's kiss, and depending on the season, shaving either black or white truffles.
