The season where we exchange those espresso martinis for something lighter has arrived, and we’re here to let you in on this spring’s hottest cocktail yet. Atlanta, meet 5Church’s (@5churchatlanta) Sun Tzu. With notes of cucumber, mint and citrus, this cocktail feels like a breath of fresh air—and it’s relatively easy to make. Start by muddling Winterville gin with a handful of mint sprigs, followed by lemon and lime juice, St-Germain, cucumber water and aquafaba. Top it off with simple syrup and a pinch of salt. Now, get ready to shake. Shake well, add ice and shake again, followed by a quick dry shake to froth everything up. Transfer into a chilled coupe glass, then garnish with black pepper, cucumber and mint. Enjoy—you can officially call yourself a mixologist.
