Between a chill new outdoor mixology concept and exciting additions to high-end club Domaine, Ryan Rearden and Graè Hospitality are bringing Atlanta the spots to see and be seen this spring.

After an incredible opening season, megaclub Domaine (@domaineatl) is upping the ante on showstopping performances for an even bigger year in 2022. Rearden is the first in Atlanta to take advantage of the new technologies that infiltrated the entertainment industry during the pandemic. “In our industry, you must be constantly changing and staying ahead of the curve,” he shares. “Luckily, there have been some new technology elements that have come out of COVID, but they just haven’t been brought to this city yet.” In addition to the club’s LED wall, spark machines and cryo, new additions and different production components are flooding the space, creating the perfect environment for a night of letting loose with A-list talent. That’s right, Rearden is bringing the entertainment industry’s best to Atlanta for intimate concerts that will show a whole new side of each artist’s talent. “We’ve teased it a little bit with some of the shows we’ve done so far, but we’re really excited about the full roster and lineup,” says Rearden. Between the famed performers and the high-tech atmosphere, nights at Domaine in 2022 are going to be legendary.

For the perfect hangover cure, look no further than Rearden’s new uberchic outdoor concept launching this year. Bringing all the L.A. rooftop energy, the space is a total vibe, complete with an incredible mixology program and high-end small plates. Inherently Southern in its offerings, it is truly the best of both coasts. “The concept really is focused on Instagrammable moments, pretty cocktails and the five-star food options,” shares Rearden. Expect to see the space become Atlanta VIPs’ favorite hang thanks to the private membership-only area. Explains Rearden, “There is going to be a hybrid semiprivate element to this concept for our members that need a higher-end, secluded type of experience. We’ve already granted about 150 memberships and we’re probably going to be limited on who else we expand this offering to.” The space has yet to receive a name, so stay tuned. It’s giving upscale, high-energy, controlled-chaos pool party, and we are completely here for it. Complete with a world-class sound system, an expansive outdoor bar, stunning cabanas and a spacious swimming pool, Midtown Beach Club (@midtownbeach) is something akin to picking up a luxe Vegas dayclub and dropping it in the middle of Midtown. After a hugely successful first season, the MBC is back and ready for more action this spring. According to Rearden, “Atlanta responded tremendously in letting us know they wanted a venue like this, and they wanted it at full throttle with an all-in party activation. Because of that, we’re investing more in renovations, including infrastructure, production, making the cabanas bigger and more luxurious, adding additional lounge furniture and more.” While Atlanta has seen pool party activations for years now, Midtown Beach Club is the only concept to put the VIP experience at the forefront. “Everything we do is predicated on making that experience elevated, and making that group feel like part of the show,” says Rearden. As for us? If you see us showing off some questionable dance moves after one too many glasses of Champagne at MBC this summer, no you didn’t.
