Need a pick-me-up? Pinker Times will have you seeing through rose-colored glasses.
One of Skye Lin’s original installations features a field of pink grass, which embodies her personal representation of “Pinker Times.”
Rosy hues and whimsical blooms abound within the four pink walls of Buckhead Village’s newest pop-up, Pinker Times. Founded by artist and SCAD Atlanta graduate Skye Lin, Pinker Times invites visitors into a floral fantasy complete with original art installations, for-purchase arrangements and a floral wall from which shoppers can select preserved stems to create a bespoke bouquet. The pop-up floral design studio and exhibition is meant to inspire positivity with an immersive representation of what Lin calls “Pinker Times”—a happy time, place or feeling that is cherished. Originally scheduled to last through fall 2020, the pop-up has expanded in both size and duration. Through March, Atlantans can swing by the new 1,200-square-foot studio space to shop, explore or even take place in an arrangement workshop hosted by Lin herself. We could all use a little pop of pink. 247 Buckhead Ave., NE
