PeachFest 2017 took place on August 13th at FlatironCity. Named after Georgia’s most iconic edible, PeachFest aims to celebrate all of this great state’s agricultural diversity – from the namesake peach to blueberries, peanuts, heritage breed pigs, and Vidalia onions. Proceeds benefited Piggy Bank, which is working toward protecting heritage breed pigs, supporting local family farms, and building educational resources and business value for all within the community. Top Georgian farmers, chefs, distillers, and brewers collaborated to give the state’s finest agricultural products flavor and form rarely seen before. Notable participants included, Terry Koval of Wrecking Bar, Bryan Furman of B'S Cracklin BBQ, and Richard Bradford of PreMade Paleo amongst many more.
