Highball 2017

A crowd of more than 500 revelers raised their glasses for a top-shelf cause at the High Museum of Art’s Feb. 18 Highball fundraiser. At the inaugural event, Atlanta’s best bartenders competed in a head-to-head craft cocktail competition where guests could vote for their favorites while enjoying music by DJ Teknology and light bites by Sterling Spoon catering. Ben Yabrow from Himitsu took home the Critic’s Choice award for his delicious vodka libation, and guests selected Blake Carter from Sweet Auburn Barbecue as the People’s Choice winner for his crisp, refreshing vodka creation. People’s Choice runner-up went to Jose Pereiro from Drift Fish House and Oyster Bar.
