There’s a new place designed for laughs in Alpharetta. Helium Comedy Club has launched its latest location in the Terraces of Windward Plaza, offering an intimate atmosphere in which to enjoy an up-close and personal experience for every show.
“We aim for a vibe that’s equal parts intimate and electric, so audiences and comedians connect from the start,” says Brad Grossman, Chief Operating Officer of Helium Comedy Club. “Since we opened our first club in 2005, we’ve been dedicated to creating the best comedy club experience and bringing national and emerging talent to the stage.”
With established clubs in cities from Portland to Buffalo, Helium Comedy Club is well-versed in combining quality comedy and live entertainment in a premium space. The Alpharetta location is no exception: the primary showroom has a capacity of 350, and a cozy secondary room holds 100. To complement the comedy, guests will have their pick of food and beverages, from “perfectly-portioned appetizers to the hottest craft beers, as well as a full spread of entrees, desserts, and homespun cocktails,” says Grossman.

Helium’s fall lineup, an intentional blend of rising stars to nationally recognized headliners, includes Craig Robinson, Randy Feltface, Adele Givens, Kelly Stafford, Kevin Nealon, Nick Mullen, Tim Meadows and many more.
“We’re bringing incredible shows that range from iconic stand-up acts to fresh local talent,” says Grossman. “Plus, you can expect workshops, open mics, and special events that allow locals to step onto the stage themselves. Helium is a place to experience comedy at its best, where everyone feels welcome to laugh, learn, and, who knows, maybe even perform!”
As for why Alpharetta was the perfect fit, Grossman credits its “vibrant community and growing reputation as an entertainment hot-spot. Just outside the city center, it offers a convenient, safe, accessible space, large enough to develop a top-tier comedy club with plenty of complimentary parking spots for our guests.”
