Nestled between the BeltLine’s Eastside Trail and the historic Old Fourth Ward, FORTH Atlanta is ushering in a new era for the city. One part luxury resort, one part social club, this 16-story, 196-room boutique hotel blends luxury, design, and community, offering an unparalleled experience in Atlanta. The project is a collaboration between Method Co., the acclaimed hospitality firm behind several award-winning concepts, and Atlanta-based developer New City Properties. Jim Irwin, president of New City, has been instrumental in shaping this area over the past 15 years, developing landmarks like Ponce City Market and 725 Ponce, home to the BeltLine Kroger. He sees FORTH as the finishing touch on the neighborhood’s transformation. “As an Atlanta native, it’s been an incredible privilege to be a part of the resurgence of the Old Fourth Ward,” says Irwin. “However, what’s been sorely missed—until now—is a world-class hospitality destination that caters to both our neighbors and those who are visiting Atlanta for the first time.”

Operating as a “third spot” in your life (in tandem with home and work), FORTH Atlanta offers four distinct dining venues, private event spaces, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Designed to be a hub of social connection and culture, FORTH’s spaces reflect a thoughtful blend of contemporary European design and early American traditions, creating an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere. A centerpiece of this development is the members-only FORTH Club, where curated events, an exclusive restaurant, bar, and lounge foster a unique social experience for Atlanta’s most discerning residents and visitors. What truly sets FORTH Atlanta apart is its ability to offer curated experiences that resonate with locals and visitors. The club hosts a dynamic calendar of cultural and social events, ensuring there’s always something exciting on the horizon.

A lot of FORTH Atlanta’s charm lies in its diverse dining options. Il Premio, the Italian steakhouse on the ground floor, features housemade pastas and premium meats paired with a curated wine list. Bar Premio, next to the lobby, serves coffee and light meals daily and becomes an aperitivo bar in the evening. The rooftop lounge, Moonlight, offers 1970s-style rooftop vibes with creative cocktails and Italian midcentury modern design. For a more relaxed experience, Elektra, the poolside restaurant, serves Mediterranean-inspired dishes in a breezy, coastal setting. The concept also emphasizes wellness with its impressive 20,000-square-foot fitness center. It offers a range of classes, including yoga, HIIT, and Pilates, in a tranquil space with natural light, vintage lighting, and stylish design elements. After workouts, guests can enjoy recovery treatments like massages or use the steam room and sauna, adding to their overall wellness experience.
