Neiman Marcus’ collab with FASHIONPHILE is all about recycling luxury accessories to save Mother Earth.

Luxury fashion meets sustainability in the collab between American luxury retail store Neiman Marcus (@neimanmarcus) and FASHIONPHILE (@fashionphile), the industry leader in buying and selling ultraluxury pre-owned handbags and accessories. The dream team has already proved to be a match made in heaven, as the new Selling Studio tucked inside Neiman Marcus Lenox Square is the ninth location in the country. These in-person selling stores allow customers to enjoy a luxury experience bolstered by the latest technology. On-site staff members authenticate and appraise in-store, providing quick and generous offers, including earning FASHIONPHILE store credit or Neiman Marcus gift cards for an extra 10% payout. “We operate in a niche segment of the re-commerce industry, focusing on ultraluxury handbags, jewelry, watches and accessories with a direct buyout model,” explains Lara Osborn, senior procurement director at FASHIONPHILE.
Thanks to on-site staff members authenticating and appraising in-store, plenty of statement pieces are available.
Trends are always changing, leading to fashion being the second-most polluting industry in the world. Resale not only extends the life cycle of luxury accessories, but also reduces pollution. “Buying pre-owned fashion is the most sustainable way to shop because it reduces demand for new, new, new,” adds Osborn. Incredible vintage pieces from some of the most sought-after luxury brands, such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermès, Gucci and Saint Laurent, have been known to come through Selling Studio doors. “Often, our customers are buying items that they simply cannot purchase in stores or online from the designer because they are sold out or retired,” shares Osborn. Don’t walk, run, because hidden gems such as a Patek 5711 Tiffany Dial in blue do not stay in store for long. Part of Neiman Marcus’ ongoing commitment to elevating the luxury retail experience while transforming the resale landscape, FASHIONPHILE’s Selling Studios provide stunning designer pieces while allowing each customer to give back.
