From the screen to the stage, the multihyphenate, Atlanta-bred Donald Glover (@donaldglover), also known in the music industry as Childish Gambino (@childishgambino), is returning to his hometown. After a five-year hiatus from touring, the beloved entertainer has embarked on his “New World Tour,” dropped an album and promises to drop a new album later this summer. Clearly, his hiatus paid off. Based on his latest album, “Atavista,” the continuation of a stand-alone single from back in 2020, “3.15.20,” the concert is a new and refreshed sound that showcases all of Childish Gambino’s R&B origins. Accompanied by WILLOW for his 35-city North American circuit, the artist claims this is the finale of the Gambino project, so you won’t want to miss out.
