Emma Chamberlain previews her Craig's cold brew ice cream at Coachella 2022.
If you love coffee and ice cream as much as we do, look no further for this perfect, refreshing summer treat.
Mega-influencer Emma Chamberlain’s coffee brand, Chamberlain Coffee, partnered with L.A. hotspot Craig’s to create a new vegan coffee ice cream flavor, which launched on June 13.
Made with real organic Chamberlain Coffee, this cashew-based, cold brew flavored ice cream will be available for all to enjoy by ordering a pint online or while dining at Craig’s. The ice cream’s release was teased at Coachella with a pop-up cart for festival goers to enjoy the inspired collaboration.
Craig’s Vegan Ice Cream all began after requests from customers to offer dairy-free dessert options at their restaurant. Thus, their vegan ice cream line was born.

Craig’s wants customers to know that despite their ice cream being vegan, their goal is not to target the L.A. wellness crowd. Instead, they think of their ice creams as “rich, creamy, decadent desserts that just happen to be vegan and that just happens to be good for you.”
Other flavors include Perfectly Chocolate, Kursten’s Peanut Butter Krunch, Sunset & Strawberry, Melrose Mint Chip and Killa’ Vanilla.
Originally launched in 2019, Chamberlain coffee embodies what Emma Chamberlain thinks coffee should be all about: high-quality ingredients, sustainability and speciality. Using special-grade coffee beans and environmentally-conscious packaging, Chamberlain emphasizes the experience of coffee throughout her brand.
She notes the importance of having a beverage tailored to your taste and offers a variety of flavor selections to ensure satisfaction for her customers. Chamberlain also offers stylish mason jars, reusable straws and even has an interactive flavor quiz to enhance the coffee ritual.
With such thoughtfulness to flavor and ingredient choices, Chamberlain Coffee and Craig’s Vegan Ice Cream’s collab is bound to be an unforgettable ode to the enjoyment of coffee.
