Burtons Grill & Bar opens their newest location in Buckhead Landing, offering an elevated and approachable vibe no matter the occasion.
“Upscale, but come as you are.” That’s how John Haggai, CEO and President of Burtons Grill & Bar, describes the chain’s newest location in the freshly redesigned Buckhead Landing development.

A classic American grill with a modern spin, Burtons offers mainstays like burgers and steaks, plus fresh seafood and specials. The ambiance accommodates diners of any category—girlfriends out for drinks, a couple enjoying date night and families with children taking a night off from their kitchen. Everything is scratch-made, from the sauces to the main dishes, and that focus on quality translates to the atmosphere.
“It’s vibrant, and it’s comfortable,” shares Haggai. “The atmosphere really lends itself to what we want to be in the community: a neighborhood spot that you can pop into for any occasion.”
In keeping with Burtons’ finesse for offering something for everyone, their menu caters to specific dietary needs like few other restaurants can. The vast majority of the menu is gluten-free without any modifications, plus it’s designed to be safely altered for guests with other allergies and sensitivities. Their commitment to an allergy-friendly experience without compromising caliber or flavor has established Burtons’ as an “industry leader that diners specifically seek out.”

For Haggai, a highlight of the menu is the lobster roll—served on a brioche bun alongside french fries and coleslaw—a nod to Burtons’ New England roots. The crab-crusted Haddock and the classically elevated cheeseburger also take top spots for Haggai and customers.
Burtons’ launch in Atlanta comes after a lengthy search and loads of patience for the right spot. With 22 locations across nine states, the chain is well-versed in scoping out a setting that checks all the boxes. They were ultimately drawn to Buckhead Landing for its long-standing lore as a Buckhead icon and its proximity to the swath of business and residential spaces nearby.
So far, it’s worked. “Buckhead is so dynamic and urban, but it still has a community feel. Even though we’re still reveling in that newly-opened euphoria, it’s been such a warm welcome, and we’re grateful to have opened our doors to this neighborhood,” says Haggai. @burtons.grill
