Lamborghini’s outrageous new Urus SUV is in a class all its own as the world’s first high-performance supercar sport utility vehicle.

A Lamborghini with a top speed of 190 mph is not unusual, but one that can travel at 190 mph, carry five occupants and go off-road is, well, out of this world. Believe it or not, the Urus is Lamborghini’s first high-performance sport utility vehicle, though not its first off-road vehicle, the title of which belongs to the 1986 LM002. While the LM002 was more off-road-oriented, the Urus is multifaceted, designed for the pavement but also capable of off-road duty when the need—or desire—arises. Powered by a 650-horsepower 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V-8 engine, the Urus sprints from 0 to 60 mph in a thrilling 3.6 seconds. Speed Symphony
While understandably not as throaty as your typical Lamborghini, the Urus will still send shivers down your spine when you hear its melodious exhaust note.

The Urus stays true to Lamborghini’s signature body ratio: two-thirds body and one-third window, the same ratio used in Lamborghini’s supercars.

The standard four-wheel drive system features active torque vectoring and four-wheel steering for maximum traction and maneuverability on all surfaces.


From the sleek blades on the outer edges of the rear window to the floating rear wing and integrated spoiler, the Urus optimizes aerodynamics for performance and ride noise minimization while maximizing downforce for enhanced high-speed stability.
