8. Bacchanalia
You can hardly discuss Atlanta prix fixe dining without Bacchanalia being top of mind, as its tasting menu has reigned supreme in the city for years. Luckily for us, Bacchanalia knows not to fix what isn’t broken, and fan favorites such as the Maine lobster and dry-aged New York strip still grace the four-course tasting menu. Bacchanalia updates the offerings seasonally so as to offer the best ingredients available. This month, expect to see dishes such as a Nantucket Bay scallop with satsuma and green tomato and profiterole with delicata squash, spiced gelato, warm maple and crispy pepitas.
