From busting a move as a Miami Heat and New York Knicks dancer to motivating clients as a fitness trainer for celebs and average Janes and Joes alike, Julie Wiesman Berklund knows that the hustle isn’t just a dance done at weddings—it’s a way of life. Recently, this fitspert, who has been seen everywhere from Good Morning America to Live With Kelly and Michael, made the move from Miami to Midtown with her hubby, Joe. Now that she’s an ATLien, here’s a peek at how Julie choreographs the eight counts of her days. @juliewiesman

7AM Morning Glory
“I’m addicted to starting my day with BioRepublic’s Lost Baggage Under Eye Repair Masks, which leaves my under eyes tight and smooth. And my favorite healthy-but-indulgent breakfast? Unsweetened almond milk cappuccino (courtesy of my Nespresso machine) and my homemade vanilla chia pudding (think chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, cinnamon and vanilla extract).”

9AM Time to Train
“I teach residential private group classes like Full Body Sculpt and Hip-Hop Yoga to high-profile clients, former athletes and Buckhead residents—and occasionally travel out of state to work with clients who can’t make it to Atlanta. I thrive on the challenge of customizing workouts to clients’ unique fitness goals and getting to work with people one-on-one.”

NOON Sip & Sweat
“By now, my body needs an energy boost, so I’ll hit Roots Pressed Juices for the Greenology juice and a dandelion ginger turmeric shot. Then, I head to Stellar Bodies Midtown and squeeze in my own sweat session. As a former NBA dancer, I crave workouts that keep my muscles long and lean, and Stellar’s Megaformer machines do just the trick!”

1:30PM Lunch With a Side of Leggings
“When clients, students or friends join me for lunch, I’ll always suggest Upbeet, where I order up a custom salad loaded with cucumber, jalapeno, fresh ahi tuna and ginger wasabi dressing. And since I live in leggings, I’m forever checking out spots like lululemon and Planet Blue to splurge on a new pair.”

5PM Just Breathe
“Most evenings (and some mornings), you’ll find me at exhale at the Loews Atlanta Hotel teaching our signature Core Fusion Barre, high-intensity interval training, cardio and yoga classes. For more than a decade, I’ve been living my life’s passion by teaching with exhale at its NYC, Miami and, now, Atlanta studios. It’s hard to imagine life without them.”

7PM Say “Ahhh”
“Post-class, it’s time to detox both inside and out. I’ll hang out in exhale’s hammam, sauna and steam room. And, to take the relaxation up a notch, I’ll use one of my favorite products: Jindilli Lime Blossom body scrub. If it’s a nonclass-night, I’ll head to Icebox Cryotherapy in Midtown in the late afternoon or early evening for a quick ‘freeze’ to help with blood circulation and soreness.”

8:30PM Go Fish
“When it comes to cooking dinner at home, my go-to is baked wild-caught salmon topped with arugula pesto with a side of roasted veggies. But when I want to splurge, my favorite nosh spot is The Optimist, where I always get the crispy Spanish octopus with a glass of Sancerre rosé.”
