Fresh to the city, Bar Vegan (@barveganatl) has become all the craze. From the minds of Slutty Vegan owner Pinky Cole and operator Aaron Mattison comes a concept emphasizing exotic drink demonstrations. The Bar Vegan team has effectively shifted the perception of plant-based meals through their diverse vegan offerings and implementation of unique flavor profiles. From their interpretation of Philly cheesesteaks to jerk chicken, it is unlikely you will find vegan cuisine quite like this. Bar Vegan is an experiential restaurant that focuses on cocktail presentations and shareable moments. A refreshing signature cocktail sure to provide a delightful buzz is the Perfect Pear, a libation of pear vodka, St. Germaine and lemon juice topped with Champagne. The dining area is also equipped with bottle service for those feeling spontaneous. Once-reluctant foodies are now rapidly reserving tables at this new hot spot located in Ponce City Market.
