Atlanta Dogwood Festival
Local art, music and a 5k race are just a few highlights of this year's Atlanta Dogwood Festival in Piedmont Park. The 86th annual festival will celebrate local and international talent, an Atlanta High School Art Exhibition displaying 194 works from 83 metro Atlanta schools and a fine arts market displaying a diverse collection of jewelry and featuring work in 12 mediums. Cochon555’s Heritage Fire
With a fiery start in Atlanta, Cochon555’s Heritage Fire is making a pitstop on their national food and wine tour. Celebrating heritage breed livestock and heirloom produce, ATL’s festival will feature talent from Pat Pascarella of Bastone, John Castellucci of Cooks & Soldiers and Archna Becker of Tandoori Pizza and Wings Co. Bodacious Blooms Flower Festival
Spring has sprung in Buckhead Village with the inaugural Bodacious Blooms Flower Festival. Find picture-perfect florals and immersive exhibits from hands-on floral workshops, wellness pop-ups and exclusive promotions from local retailers such as Gypsy Kitchen. The event will have pop-up sessions throughout the day and a cocktail party on Thursday. Sweetwater 420 Fest
Three days of live music, good food and local art will blend at the SweetWater 420 Fest, presented by the nation’s 11th largest craft brewer, SweetWater Brewing. Highlights of the festival include a craft beer-centric event, a local ATL vendor food court, stages upon stages of live music and an auction benefiting various charities. Smoke on the Lake BBQ Festival
Celebrate Mother’s Day weekend with good BBQ, great music and cold beer at the 12th annual Smoke on the Lake BBQ Festival held at Logan Farm Park. This two-day festival will pit the Amateur Backyard BBQ teams against one another with the Lord of the Wings contest on Friday and the Tasters Choice Pork Competition on Saturday.
