We’ve made our list and checked it twice. Peep the places and products keeping us in good spirits this holiday season.
Check Out
Take a break from the holiday hustle and check in at the all-new Reverb by Hard Rock. The smart hotel—situated next to Mercedes-Benz Stadium—is designed for the modern music lover. Voice-controlled bedrooms, an eclectic coworking space and a rooftop bar offer a VIP experience for all who enter.
Gifted
Wish there was a one-stop shop for all of your holiday giting needs? Insert Buckhead Gift Company. The upscale gifting brand has a bevy of ready-to-ship boxes perfect for everyone on your nice list. We have our eyes on the Pampered box. Wink, wink.
The Skinny
When it comes to hitting our health goals, we’re all for working smarter not harder. Perfectly Portioned Nutrition is the way. Founded by dietician and nutritionist Jessica Todd, the meal prep company takes the hard work out of eating healthy by delivering perfectly portioned plates to your home each week. The difficult part? Deciding which of the six delicious weekly menu items (plus a la carte breakfast options) you’ll want to try next.
Update
The most trusted public safety app in the country, Citizen, is finally available in the A. Using 24/7 real-time notifications, the free app alerts users about nearby emergencies and ongoing incidents. Live stories and user-generated content accompany each alert for added context, clarity and transparency. Got it? Good.
Good Eats
This fall, executive chef Nick Leahy closed the doors on dining destinations Tin Tin and AIX, setting the stage for his latest culinary concept: Nick’s Westside. The namesake neighborhood restaurant and bar offers a relaxed environment for everyday dining and gathering. A seasonal food and beverage menu features locally sourced dishes and drinks designed to support local farmers, producers, distillers, brewers, roasters and more. “Nick’s Westside is driven by that support, and we plan to bring the best our region has to offer to our guests,” says Leahy. We’ll drink (and eat) to that.
Strong Start
Stellar Bodies is officially open in The Works just in time for the January gym spike. Started by Amy Selig, the ATL-based fitness concept combines cardio, strength training and modified Pilates movements for a low-impact, results-driven workout in less than an hour. The new 2,200-square-foot studio houses 14 state-of-the-art M3 model Megaformers and retail. Here’s to starting the year off strong.
Holiday Hangover
This holiday season, we’re making Biolyte our new BFF. The OTC bottled beverage provides the same medical benefits as an IV bag. Formulated with vitamins, liver cleansers and nausea remedies, it’s the perfect holiday hangover remedy to help you rehydrate, recover and stay in the holiday spirit.
