There’s no doubting the magic of television and movies. An individual show or film has the ability to take its audience to a whole new world, whether that be impossible fantasy universes, historical locations or real modern cities and countries we've never been to before.
While it’s not possible to see all of these worlds for yourself, there are “real-world” locations you can visit, and thanks to the magic of Airbnb, you can even stay there. The self-hosting travel service hosts plenty of cottages, homes and cabins from your favorite media that are available for a night’s stay—for the right price. Check out some of our favorites below.

After appearing in the first Twilight movie, this real-life location in scenic St. Helens, Or., has become a shrine to the successful vampire franchise. It was made available to rent on Airbnb following its purchase in 2018. Currently listed at $379 a night, the property features real-life artifacts from the movie, as well as cardboard cutouts of the characters, so you can re-enact scenes on your socials. It's a true step into the movies experience.

This one has already made rounds online, but it’s still a fun stay for both Marvel superfans and those just looking for a nice weekend getaway. With a dazzling view of the lake from the cabin, as well as three bedrooms to host six guests, this is a great place to meet up with friends and catch up on old times—or save the universe. We’ll leave that up to you.
Cleveland, Ohio / View on Airbnb
With the film playing on a 24-hour loop every Christmas day, fans of this movie can quote it line for line. With this rental, they can now re-enact it too! Just minutes from downtown Cleveland, this rental features accommodations for six, and guests can stay in the actual rooms used for shooting. Just be advised, the home is still an active museum for other avid movie fans. Not your scene? Try the Bumpus house next door!

Mitaka-shi, Tokyo, Japan / View on Airbnb
It’s been a few years since Girls aired an episode, but fans of the series will likely remember its electric cast of characters and wacky settings, including the memorable apartment Shoshanna stayed in while in Tokyo. The rental is still available to stay in on Airbnb, and apparently, it features design choices that challenge inhabitants' motor skills, including light switches in weird places and a crazy kitchen. Still, it looks pretty fun, and for just $199 a night in Tokyo, one can probably deal with a few motor challenges.

Do you remember the finale for the 23rd season of the Bachelorette? No? Well, you’ll have plenty of time to see the full season while staying in this Greek windmill from one episode where Hannah Brown flirted with one of her suitors. This fantasy stay is only $71 a night on Airbnb, and promises rooms for four guests and a cozy suite for yourself and your “bachelor,” as well as an olive tree valley below. Maybe leave the roses at home.
Los Angeles, California / View on Airbnb
After nearly seven years on the air, fans tuned into the series finale of Entourage and saw agent Ari Gold relaxing in a nice Italian villa, complete with dazzling pool and plenty of sunshine. The guesthouse to the scenic spa is actually located in Los Angeles and available to rent at $474 a night on Airbnb Plus. Offering fireplaces, fountains and a honeymoon suite, it’s understandable why Gold may have stayed here after seven years of Hollywood stress.
Sarrians, Provence-Alpes-Cote D’Azur / View on Airbnb
Not everyone can be a real housewife of Beverly Hills, but some can afford to live like one—even if just for a night. This castle, located in the French countryside and featured in the ninth season of the show, is a luxurious stay for any large group, with 11 bedrooms and nine bathrooms. While it comes at a heavy price tag of $5,922 per night, the 18th century aesthetic might be worth it alone, with plenty of large spacious galleries and fountains. There’s a reason Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner tied the knot here in 2019!
