Online Beauty Company Glossier Opens a Temporary Pop-up Shop at Ponce City Market

Calling all Glossier fans (and for any of you who aren’t familiar, it’s time to hop on the bandwagon ASAP), we have a PSA that’s going to make everything better: The cult-favorite online beauty company is setting up shop temporarily at Ponce City Market. (We told you it was big news.) Until recently, Glossier products were only available to Atlantans via the WWW, but now you can finally shop your can’t-live-without makeup bag staples right here in the A. Consider this a warning: You’ll want to buy everything.

After quickly becoming one of the most buzzed-about companies in the beauty industry with top-selling products like the iconic Milky Jelly cleanser and beloved Boy Brow, it’s hard to imagine any beauty routine that doesn’t include Glossier. The team behind the cult-favorite products prides itself on “making the products you wish existed,” a mentality that led to the creation of the biggest MVPs in our makeup bag. Emily Weiss—who you may know as Teen Vogue’s “superintern” if you watched The Hills as religiously as we did—founded the company to create a new beauty experience that celebrates the customer. The result? Products—from skincare and makeup to fragrances and beyond—that we didn’t know we needed… and now we can’t live without. Our lives—and brows—are better for it.

The Glossier pop-up isn’t your average skincare shop: Designed for more than shopping, the music-inspired store—which pays homage to Atlanta’s past and present music industry—invites shoppers to interact with Glossier’s entire product line through highly experiential displays. It’s already pulled an impressive crowd of both devotees and first-timers hoping to stock up on the must-have goods before the store’s April departure. This is one pop up that’s not-to-be-missed—like, seriously.
