With unique tipples and a special late-night menu, Afro-Caribbean resto Rock Steady (@rocksteadyatlanta) is quickly becoming West Midtown’s new cult-favorite spot. Whether you stop in for a postwork happy hour or preparty sips, regional West African tunes by a resident DJ always keep the energy on point. (It is named for popular 1960s Jamaican music, after all.) Keeping with the theme, aesthetics like handpainted murals, African textiles and artifacts, and vintage photography create the perfect vibe to indulge in those tempting cocktails. We’ll have the Rompin’ Shop on the rocks, please.
