Hassle-free dinner parties? We’re in.
Can’t find the Hosted hamper that suits the occasion? Personalize your very own, with pricing from $1,600.
Once the stay-at-home order swept across Atlanta, dinner parties with close friends and family were no more. We’re all missing those fun get-togethers, so Amy Saltzman and Kate Stone—the gals behind Alchemy Event Studio—masterminded Hosted, their latest and greatest concept. The duo developed Alchemy in 2014 to combine their passions for planning and design, and recently created Hosted to bring back a sense of togetherness to quarantined Atlantans. Hosted gives you the chance to grab six to eight of your closest pals and have a hassle-free night of flowing cocktails, wine and a themed four-course meal that’s delivered straight to your door. No need to worry about dinner party decor or music either—Hosted pretty much does everything for you.
Part of the package includes custom embroidered napkins, seasonal florals, candles and even a set music playlist. Hosted partners with local Atlanta brands and companies to create the perfect hamper. For swoonworthy cocktails, Hosted has partnered with Cocktail Commons to create organic, homemade mixers. Dennis Dean Catering helps craft menus that require minimal work for the host, and creates the savory dishes for each hamper. For dessert at the end of the meal, Sweet Treats by Dallas—the former Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta pastry chef—artfully makes the last course.
For all you wine lovers, Perrine’s Wine Shop has made wine pairing menus and is even offering discounts to those ordering Hosted hampers. Discounted wine? We second that. The weekly fun themes of Hosted hampers include anything from “Ciao Bella” to “Beach Please.” Saltzman and Stone recognized the need to give Atlantans a sense of normalcy during this time. The dynamic duo’s ethos for their new brand is straight from an Ina Garten quote: ”I try to greet my friends with a drink in my hand, a warm smile on my face and great music in the background because that’s what gets a dinner party off to a fun start.” We agree!
