1. Sign up for a race or competition. Having a hard deadline will motivate you to stay the course with your preparation for it.
2. Set small goals and reward yourself when you reach them. For example, eating clean all week earns you a yummy brunch on Sunday.
3. Sleep in your workout clothes before an early morning workout, and remind yourself before you go to sleep that an early morning workout was a good idea.
4. Break out of your comfort zone and find a new weekly class to attend with a friend, and don't let each other miss.
5. Commit to giving yourself an entire hour each day without your phone. No emails, no checking Instagram—just an hour dedicated to you!
