To celebrate the first “for sale” JEZEBEL Liveable Lifestyles residence, JEZ hosted two special VIP events in this 18th-floor luxe residence at Aqua Midtown that overlooks both the Midtown and Buckhead skylines. The first was a mid-afternoon client appreciation event with lunch from The Tavern at Phipps and The Real Chow Baby, wine from Domaine Napa Wine Company, cupcake bites from Button Cakes Bakery, and water from smartwater. The private elevator whisked guests right into the residence entryway. “We wanted to give the entire space a gallery feel, a place where you’ll be surrounded by art, texture and glass,” says Jim Weinberg, JEZEBEL Liveable Lifestyles lead designer.

Attendees then assembled in the main living area, where they admired the view from a bank of windows providing a sunset look west down 10th Street all the way to Northside Drive while enjoying the cuisine. Later, an exclusive Realtors preview featured hors d’oeuvres from The Tavern at Phipps, desserts by Kheesekakes by Kelli, and drinks from Grey Goose la Poire and le Citron.
